Term Time funding for eligible 2, 3 & 4 year old's

Funding is available for all 3 & 4 year old's. This will be automatically put into place the term after your child turns 3 years old. You will be entitled to 15 funded hours per week during term time only.

Eligible 2 year old's will also be able to claim up to 15 hours per week during term time. Please speak to a member of staff if you would like more information on who is eligible for this funding alternatively you can check if you qualify for the funding by using the button below. You will need to create an account and keep the log in details safe as this will be used again for applying for your child's Primary School Place.

Stretched funding for eligible 2, 3 & 4 year old's

The same funding is also available on a "stretched" format which means that by reducing the weekly amount to 12 hours, you are able spread the funding over the school holidays as well as throughout the term.

Please note that there are 4.5 weeks where there will be no funding available which is usually shared between the Christmas period and the end of the summer holidays.

Extended 30 Hour Funding

We are able to offer the extended funding on either a term time basis or stretched over 50 weeks of the years.

We can offer full 30 hours funding term time for eligible 3 & 4 year old's

Alternatively we can spread this over 50 weeks and the child would receive 22.5 hours per week.

For more information, please get in touch with the nursery or visit www.childcarechoices.gov.uk on the below link

Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP)

We are also able to receive this additional funding for eligible 3 & 4 year old children. This funding can be put in place to help with a specific area or need for individual children. If your child is eligible, our staff will discuss this with you and come to an agreement as to the best way to use this funding to help support your child.

Areas of support we can offer are as follows, although it will vary for each child

  • Funded hot meals

  • 1-1/1-2 adult support sessions (10 minute sessions where possible)

  • Additional small group time

  • Uniform

These options and others that may be appropriate will be discussed and agreed with parents as well as monitored throughout the term.
