We are extremely lucky to have a dedicated team of staff, all of whom are qualified and experienced with some continuing to work towards further qualifications. We allocate a key person to each child to ensure they have someone who is monitoring their development. This person can form a bond with the child to help them settle into the nursery and give them a friendly and secure environment.

All staff hold up to date and relevant children's first aid qualifications.
As a registered charity we have committee members who give much needed help and support to the running of the Nursery. These volunteers mostly have children attending Rainbow Nursery and often take time out of their own busy lives to help with special projects and fundraising.
All the staff have access to training throughout their time at Rainbow Nursery. This not only supports the personal development of the member of staff but also provides new and exciting initiatives for the children.
Below is some of the recent training that our staff have attended;
Notice, Reflect, Respond: Purposeful observation, Assessment and Planning
Big Skies and Muddy Puddles - Learning Together Outdoors
SENCo Network Meeting - Summer 2019
